Refund & Return Policy

At Pelnoir, we specialize in handcrafted leather products designed for brands, retailers, and distributors worldwide. As a B2B supplier, our return and refund policies are structured to protect both parties while ensuring business continuity and transparency.


1. Order Confirmation & Approval

  • All bulk/customized orders are confirmed once payment (full or partial) is received.
  • Buyers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, designs, and approvals before final production begins.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless goods are defective or delivered incorrectly against the confirmed order.
  • Defective goods must be reported within 7 working days of delivery with photographic/video evidence.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
    • The order cannot be fulfilled due to our production constraints.
    • Products are proven defective and cannot be replaced.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 14–21 business days through the original payment method.
  • For partial refunds, deductions for shipping, customs, or handling may apply.

4. Replacements

  • Wherever possible, defective or incorrect items will be replaced instead of refunded.
  • Replacement timelines will depend on product type, availability, and shipping schedules.

5. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-branded, logo-embossed, or special-design products.
  • Sample orders.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling by the buyer or during storage after receipt.

6. Shipping & Logistics

  • Buyers are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • If a return is approved, buyers must ensure products are securely packaged to avoid further damage.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation before seeking third-party mediation.
