Welcome to Pelnoir. By accessing or placing an order with us via http://pelnoir.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all B2B transactions, communications, and engagements with Pelnoir.
1. Business Model
Pelnoir is a manufacturer and exporter of handcrafted leather products. We primarily serve businesses, wholesalers, distributors, and brands (B2B).
2. Orders & Customization
- All orders must be confirmed in writing via email or purchase order.
- Customized orders (logos, branding, sizes, or unique designs) require buyer approval before production begins.
- Once approved, orders cannot be canceled or modified without written consent from Pelnoir.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are quoted in USD (unless otherwise agreed).
- Production begins only after receiving an advance payment (commonly 30–50%).
- Full payment is due before shipment unless a separate credit arrangement is agreed.
- Buyer is responsible for bank charges, taxes, or duties related to the transaction.
4. Production Timelines
- Lead times vary depending on order size, design complexity, and materials. Estimated timelines will be shared at order confirmation.
- Delays caused by external factors (shipping, customs, strikes, force majeure) are not the liability of Pelnoir.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Unless otherwise agreed, all shipments are FOB (Free on Board) from our facility in Pakistan.
- Buyers bear responsibility for shipping, insurance, customs clearance, and related costs.
- Risk passes to the buyer once goods are handed over to the carrier.
6. Quality Assurance & Inspection
- All goods undergo internal quality checks before dispatch.
- Buyers are encouraged to inspect products upon delivery and notify us of defects within 7 working days.
- Any claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
- Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are strictly limited to defective or incorrect goods.
8. Intellectual Property
- Any logos, designs, or branding provided by the buyer remain the intellectual property of the buyer.
- Pelnoir reserves the right to showcase non-branded or sample designs in portfolios unless confidentiality agreements are in place.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Pelnoir is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or resale losses).
- Liability is limited to the value of the order in dispute.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all trade, pricing, and business information as confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
- Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
12. Updates to Terms
Pelnoir reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
